12-month apprenticeship shadowing a senior society secretary across member relations, meetings, and record-keeping.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day delivery of apprentice cooperative society secretary duties across Rajasthan State Cooperative Union's cooperative governance operations.
• Coordinate with member societies and field staff in and around Jaipur, Rajasthan to keep work on schedule.
• Apply Cooperative Management best practices and report outcomes to the cooperative's board.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff as the Rajasthan State Cooperative Union team grows.
