About this role

Appraise crop loan applications, monitor NPA accounts, and prepare NABARD refinance claims for 6 branch societies.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day delivery of agricultural credit officer duties across Vidarbha Farmers Cooperative Bank's rural finance operations.
• Coordinate with member societies and field staff in and around Nagpur, Maharashtra to keep work on schedule.
• Apply Credit Appraisal best practices and report outcomes to the cooperative's board.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff as the Vidarbha Farmers Cooperative Bank team grows.
